SIMPLE LICENSING GUIDE
Types of Graffiti offers licenses based on total number or people working in your company, not by the number of computers,
downloads, views, visitors, or people using the Font Software, so you’ll get
everything you need after just one purchase.
Types of Graffiti offers two tiers of license
types: Personal use, or Commercial use.
Personal License allows
an individual to use the Font Software for personal projects that are solely
for your own enjoyment. You cannot use the Font Software for any commercial purposes
or financial gain. Font Software is to be installed and used on only those
computers You personally own and control.
Commercial License
allows You, whether an individual or single entity, access to use the Font
Software across a wide range of platforms and networks, such as, but not limited to: advertising,
branding, broadcasting, desktop applications, logos, printed products, video
games, web designs, etc. Font Software is to be installed and used on
only those computers that You own and control.
End-User Definition. The end-user is the person
or entity who commercially uses, or is intended to commercially use, the final
product.
If You are licensing the Font Software for your own use,
You are the end-user. If You are a designer or agency,
the end-user is your client, just keep in mind that your client needs to
purchase their own License afterward.
A manufacturer, distributor, reseller, dealer, designing
agency, sub-licenser, subcontractor, print-on-demand (“POD” service), software
as a service (“SaaS” service) or original equipment manufacturer
("OEM" service), is not an end-user. This will require a Special License,
